Hi, I’m Jennifer Hardesty
Daughter of God, wife, mother of four, and the heart behind Daughters of Light.
My passion is to guide teen girls in discovering their God-given identity and purpose. As a Faith & Confidence Coach, I’m dedicated to empowering young women to walk boldly in love, truth, and grace. Through programs like Illuminate and creative tools like devotionals and art kits, I strive to inspire spiritual growth, self-expression, and a deep sense of belonging.
When I’m not coaching or creating, you’ll often find me reading, cooking, or cherishing moments with my family.
It’s my joy to walk this journey of faith and light alongside the next generation of radiant young women.
My faith
My faith is the foundation of everything I do, but it wasn’t always that way. Growing up in a Hispanic Catholic family, faith was present, but we didn’t attend church regularly.
As I got older, life brought its share of struggles, and it was during those challenges—especially after becoming a mother—that I rediscovered my faith and my deep love for God.
He has become my rock, my guide, and the source of my strength. Rooted in His love and truth, I believe each of us is uniquely created for a divine purpose. It brings me joy to share the light of Christ and help others experience His grace in their lives.
Whether through scripture, prayer, or creativity, my mission is to encourage teen girls to deepen their relationship with God and embrace the beauty of walking in His light.
My Inspiration
Daughters of Light was born from two of the greatest treasures in my life: my faith and my daughter. My faith, especially in recent years has felt like a guiding lantern, illuminating my path with love, grace, and purpose. It’s this unshakable foundation that inspires me to help teen girls discover their own divine identity and light.
And then, there’s my daughter—a radiant reflection of God’s beauty and creativity. Watching her grow, dream, and navigate the world has deepened my calling to create a space where girls like her can feel seen, loved, and empowered.
Together, these two inspirations have shaped the heart of Daughters of Light—a sacred mission to nurture confidence, faith, and belonging in every young girl who joins this journey.
